A brutally honest discussion: surviving verbal abuse and what creates a bully.

Flat nose. Harelip. Vicky survived childhood taunts with family support, but clung to old wounds. Through therapy she discovered she could be verbally abusive at times, considering herself the victim. 

​

In contrast, Barbara’s bullies sat across from her during the evening meal. Beached whale. Fatso. As a result, insecurity and self-loathing became lifelong struggles.
